Ah satan, how you haunt me. The administrative world can be divided into two categories, the national subdivisions, represented by mayors, governors, and councils in their various forms, and the national crossdivisions, represented by CEOs, teams, and boards of directors. We are still not at a point in the development of humanity where there subdivisions of the earth have been  perfected, and they need to be worked on as much as the crossdivisions, being called as such because they are almost always cross border, or cross parish, in their responsibilities. Such thinking needs fleshing out, because we only reached this conclusion a few minutes ago. One of the reasons British India was never as developed as England itself is that there weren’t as many subdivision levels, and the lowest subdivision presided over populations that on average was a hundred thousand, unlike the parishes which on average had the responsibility of thousands of people. It is difficult to know what the levels of crossdivisions are. One possible suggestion could be based on the company’s scope, whether it is international, national, regional or county based. Communication is overtaking thought, and we need to put the matter to rest.
